My client is an award-winning Corporate Travel and Expenses software provider based in North Surrey, due to internal progression they are currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales Coordinator. The Internal Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales department in generating revenue from lead sources and to develop new clients in a defined territory acting as the first point of contact for all prospects. This new sales role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a real hunger and passion for lead generation and a background in expenses software systems!

THE JOB:
* Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve lead generation objectives through outreach to potential clients for sales and marketing purposes - both channel and direct (e.g. marketing provided leads/lists, leveraging referrals from channel sales, cold calls and contacts from lists).
* Collaborate closely with Channel Partner ISR, Marketing and sales in order to co- ordinate activities
* Compile log of prospects for use as sales leads based on information from trade shows, business directories, web sites and all other sources, and initiate volume of cold outbound calls to targeted prospects in order to help the sales team exceed established target goals
* Achieve quarterly lead goals as set by Sales Team Lead
* Interview and follow up potential customers to determine potential opportunities, customer needs, competitive situation, objections and effectively communicate features and benefits with the unified Travel and Expense proposition.
* Effectively differentiate our company through value proposition and unique features, benefits and ROI
* Co-ordinate and enrol prospects and clients in events such as webinars, trade shows and events.
* Secure competitive information from prospective customer interaction and capture in salesforce
* Attend events and trade shows as appropriate.
* Provide comprehensive opportunity reports to Tech Sales Managers and Partner ISR in order to fully qualify new sales opportunities.

THE CANDIDATE:
Essential Core Skills/
* Strong track record of success in an inside sales, business to business enterprise software sales role. Ideally with experience of selling to Finance individuals.
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPI's
* Confident, outgoing personality with previous experience in educating end customers on the value proposition, products features and benefits.
* Extensive experience of objection handling, managing rejection
* Excellent communicator that can engage people both verbally and in writing, Excellent interpersonal and listening skills & extensive working knowledge of B2B marketing
* Excellent written and spoken English. Foreign languages e.g. German or Nordic languages are desirable but not essential
* Must be a positive team player
* Understands technical or professional aspects of work and continually maintains technical knowledge.
* Motivates and empowers others in order to reach organizational goals Organizes and schedules events, activities and resources. Sets up and monitors timescales and plans.


Professional/Technical Skills
* The suitable candidate will have either current or past experience of using an expenses software system, you will need this understanding to be able to hit the ground running
* Strong proficiency in MS office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and WebEx applications.
* Exceptional planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines in a faced paced environment.
* Fast learner who has the ability to adapt to changing priorities, customer demands and/or market landscape
* Possesses strong analytical, creative thinking and interpretational skills Possesses excellent research skill
* Highly client focussed with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail and focus on quality
* Demonstrated ability to collaboratively work with a wide range of people at all levels within the organisation

Qualifications:
* Educated to University Business Degree level Preferred

THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate can expect a fantastic basic salary, in the region of £35000 - £40000 plus commission and this company also offer a great benefits package too!
