A well known tour operator are seeking a professional candidate to join their London based HR team.

The role involves working with our expanding team and reporting to the Senior HR Executive with day to day duties.

Job Description Highlights

Take responsibility for the recruitment, induction and training of new starters and ensuring all documentation is received from and provided to new starters as required
Take responsibility for the Starters Procedure and Leavers Procedure
Deal with payroll queries
Take responsibility for filing
Responsibility for maintaining holiday records and electronic updating of databases
Maintain H&S records and assist H&S responsible Persons to ensure the company adheres to Health & Safety regulations and requirements
Maintain personal files for current employees and ensure all required documentation is present and complete
Update and maintain records of employee benefits or workplace pension
Draft and issue letters in ER cases or as instructed by the Senior HR Executive
Assist in the Recruitment Process's
Take and/or type minutes of meetings
Any other duties that are within the scope of this role or as requested by the management team.

Hours of Work
This is a Monday-Friday role with working hours of 8am-5pm.

Salary
A starting package of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum is on offer.

Applicant's Criteria
Proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels as well as with staff different backgrounds
Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines whilst maintaining a good balance of excellent people skills
Excellent organisational skills and resourcefulness
A high level of accuracy

Desirable
Knowledge / experience of Health & Safety regulations
1 year experience in an HR administration role
