The Implementation Technology Lead will be the technology subject matter expert for implementation technology. The lead can build, configure or gather information needed to implement technology within the business.

Responsibilities and Duties


⦁Communication with customers and internal stakeholders
⦁Mange technology deliverables for client implementation
⦁Build and assist with building, configuring and gathering information for the technology products
⦁Identify risks and solution complex business logic in proprietary and vendor supported applications
⦁Implement recommended resolutions
⦁Advise of risks to deadlines to implementation team and customers
⦁Primary technology point of contact for technology
⦁Maintain excellent relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
⦁Make recommended solutions to improve efficiency and enhance technology to meet local market requirements including customers, local operations and Radius partners
⦁Assist team with troubleshooting technology issues and testing changes and adaptations of technology for the local markets
⦁Special projects as assigned by director such as testing and implementing new features, etc.
⦁Weekly updates to the department heads
⦁Must maintain good attendance record
⦁Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Duties: This position requires the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

⦁Strong customer service and communication skills
⦁Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
⦁Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
⦁Microsoft Office knowledge required
⦁Galileo knowledge is required and Sabre knowledge is preferred, but not required
⦁Ability to communicate fluently in English including verbal and written communication

Education and Experience

⦁Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
⦁5 years travel industry experience and GDS knowledge required (Galileo)
⦁3 years in travel technology experience
⦁5 years' interacting with customers in project based work
⦁Project Management experience a plus
⦁Experience with file feeds
⦁Experience configuring proprietary applications
