My client is a successful and fast-growing travel company based in North London and they are seeking a French or Spanish Speaking Sales and Group Operations Executive. With offices across the UK, Ireland and USA they are always looking to adopt new and dynamic solutions for its clients.

The Job:
As a French or Spanish Speaking Sales & Operations Executive you will be producing suitable and competitive quotes for your clients.
Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients and suppliers.
You will be pro active and be able to recognise potential key wins and offer the most suitable products and prices for the client.
You will assume responsibility for your clients with both pending and confirmed groups, book all services required in good time and ensure all details are accurate.
Client handling via email and telephone.
You will ensure that all quotations are followed up within the specified timescales.

Experience Required:
Fluency in English and French/Spanish are essential for this role.
A third European language such as Italian would be a bonus.
A minimum of two years' experience in an inbound tour operator / DMC in a groups role.
Extensive knowledge of the UK as a destination, rates and market prices.

The Package:
My client is offering a competitive salary package from £24,000 to £29,000 dependent on experience.
