An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing independent luxury Cruise Specialist as a Digital Marketing Executive! You will have a core focus on developing and executing the digital strategy to accelerate the growth of the business. The Digital Marketing Executive will report directly to the CEO in creating strong marketing campaigns to generate online cruise bookings with the most effective return on investment, while also analysing the company's marketing activities. This role will offer a fast-track opportunity to be promoted to a Digital Marketing Manager as the company grows. Duties and Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute the company's Sales & Marketing plan - this includes managing the relationship with our marketing agency to regularly monitor and react to our marketing performance and spend in the most efficient way to generate ROI.
*Putting together exciting and visually engaging content across our various digital channels, in collaboration with our marketing agency.
*Review the data analytics to determine the performance of the website and how it can be enhanced to improve customer experience and drive up bookings.
*Closely monitor customer insights, speak with customers and propose improvements to the company to better the customer experience, conversion and retention rates.
*Consider ideas to enhance customer loyalty, drive sales, protect and enhance margins.
*Help create and manage the company loyalty scheme.
*Provide customer assistance both online and offline.
*Strong communication skills to regularly present marketing and website performance to the Board of Directors as well as other business stakeholders.
Skills Required:
*Must have an understanding of current marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
*Must have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
*3+ years of experience in digital marketing
*Experience in paid search, SEO, ecommerce, email marketing and/or web analytics
*Experience working within the travel industry
THE PACKAGE:
My client is offering a competitive basic salary of £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
