Are you a successful Event Specialist or Manager who has managed and delivered a range of multiple projects? Do you have Cvent, StarCite, Crowdcompass or similar Delegate 'Registration Website building' experience? Do you have excellent communication skills to maintain client and supplier relationships? A leading events business based in Surrey require a Delegate Events Manager to join an expanding team.

EVENTS DELEGATE SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Client management -
Support the Client team in the preparation of RFP & Proposals as required
Attend Client pitch/presentation as required
Attend Client meetings, calls and reviews on a regular basis or as required

* Website management -
Ensure that you are proficient in the use of Cvent Event Management Software
Excellent attention to detail applied to all areas of website testing
Manage the checking and cleansing of all external data received from clients and/or suppliers
Manage and adhere to the processes necessary to accomplish goals and adhere to timelines in the most efficient and effective way
Accurately prioritize problems/initiatives in time-sensitive situations and work on multiple projects simultaneously

* Data management -
Manage all data obtained during the registration process ensuring checking and cleansing regularly throughout the lifecycle of the meeting
Manage and update contact information stored within the CRM database and internal databases
Manage data in a sensitive and careful manor with excellent attention to detail

* Reporting -
Manage client expectations with regard format/types of reports and frequency of the provision of reports
Manage and deliver status reports, progress reports & supplier reports as standard
Manage all templates ensuring all in place and have been set up by the DETM in accordance with client and supplier requirements
Test and sign off all reports that have been set up by the DETM

Other duties to include;
* Supplier management
* Client governance
* Budget reconciliation & finance management
* Attend client and company meetings as required

EVENTS DELEGATE SPECIALIST EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
* Experience in project and events management
* A proven background in delivering successful digital project management initiatives, meeting creative, budget and client timelines
* Ability to manage changing business and technical requirements in a fast pace environment
* Proficient in Cvent event management software, Cvent supplier network (ideally Cvent certified) MS Word, Excel using Mac and PC
* Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communications skills
* Strong background in development of both team and client relationships

THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate will receive a fantastic basic salary dependent on experience in the region of £30,000 - £35,000kpa, this company also offer some excellent company benefits like 25 days holidays, company pension, health insurance, flexible working hours and more!
