A leading provider of training courses & services is keen to recruit a Travel Consultant with excellent customer service and administration skills, who is seeking a change in direction! Working in offices in South-West London as a Customer Service & Admin Assistant you will join an energetic team within a successful company, a starting salary of £23k pa, additional benefits and primarily Monday to Friday, office hours!

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Answer customer telephone calls and emails providing information and problem solving
*Check accuracy of registers & dispatch training course certificates
*Assisting Trainers with enquiries
*Dispatching training materials to Trainers, venues and clients
*Prepare training rooms
*Stock ordering & stock control
*Additional admin duties as and when requested by the Managing Director or Office Manager

Person Specification:
If you have solid experience as a Travel Consultant, or in Travel Administration or Travel Customer Service then this could be for you!
*Confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
*Team player
*Previous office administration experience
*A highly efficient approach with strong accuracy and attention to detail
*Strong problem solving and organisational skills
*Able to work on own initiative

THE PACKAGE:
