JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Business Travel Consultant, you will form part of a professional Business Travel team. My Client are an Independent Business Travel Company, so this is a perfect opportunity to develop your career.
Role of Business Travel Consultant:
-Working on mixed accounts, booking all accommodation, air and sea travel plus any ancillary services
-Work closely with clients, in order to provide an unrivalled level of service.
-Using GDS Amadeus to make reservations
-Respond to all nature of client enquiries in a polite and efficient manner to ensure complete client satisfaction.
-Check availability, negotiate suitable rates and advise of any special requirements.
-Offering a high standard of customer service and expert guidance at all times
-Providing travel solutions and advice to clients, using a positive and can-do approach


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
We are looking for an experienced business travel consultant who is passionate about what they do. You will ideally be Amadeus trained, however if you have business travel experience but have used a different GDS, then we are still keen to hear from you.
