I have a great New role which will be part home and part office based!! My client is looking for an Agent Support manager to join their growing Team and Business.

This role works directly with a team of Personal Travel Agents with their day to day businesses to support them with motivation, ideas and the delivery of their business plans..so you will need to be a creative travel industry professional with bags of experience in the retail arena and super coaching and mentoring skills.
The role will be primarily home based with 2 days a week office based in the West Midlands, close to both motorway and rail links.

The role will include:
*Assisting in the development and delivery of training
*Coaching and support of our Personal Travel Agents
*Supporting the development of agent business plans
*Support and drive profitable performance towards the achievement of individual PTA *forecasted sales and profit plans
*Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered by our personal travel agents.

Experience required:
*A proven sales track record in travel
*A proven track record in coaching and management skills
*At least 3 years experience in a retail travel environment
*Training skills (not essential)
*Excellent numerical skills
*Excellent command of written and spoken English
*Excellent IT skills demonstrated confidence in office packages
*Excellent customer service skills

Package - A great salary of 25k plus great company benefits and pensions

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.15pm / 1 weekend per month (only a couple of hours each day working from home)
