Your next role:
-Your main duty is to support the Reservations consultants and deal with any post-booking queries
-Upsell where necessary
-Issue airline tickets and also deal with amendments and reissues
-Running and managing reports
-Dealing with customer enquiries and special requests (e.g Aircraft seat or meal selection etc.)
-Issuing client documentation
-Provide a high-level of customer service
-General administration duties
What experience you need:
-CRS experience is essential - (Galileo preferably however another GDS system will also be considered for cross-training)
-Fares and ticketing level 1 proof (You will be issuing tickets daily so knowledge of this is essential)
-Processing queues and understanding of ticket deadlines
-Ticket re-issue and refund experience
-Familiar with the difference between nett and public fares (We want to give the customers the best price!)
-Excellent customer service skills
