BA Resumes Cancun Flights

The Mexican resort of Cancun is being added to British Airways’ network from Gatwick this winter. Two flights a week will run from November using Boeing 777 aircraft in a three class configuration.The first flight will leave Gatwick on November 3 at 12.45 UK time and arrive in Cancun at 17.45 local time.

BA has not flown to Cancun since 2002, but flies four times a week to Mexico City from Heathrow. BA head of UK and Ireland sales and marketing Richard Tams said Cancun was the “perfect addition” to the airline’s long haul premium leisure network from Gatwick.
