Due to increased volumes of business we are currently looking to employ additional consultants in our London office to service all our clients needs.
The role consists of business development through telephone canvassing as well as by client visits. Account Management is essential in order to build strong working relationships with all existing and new clients. You will also be responsible for the pre-screening of suitable candidates, arranging interviews and negotiating salaries and benefits on behalf of your clients and all successful candidates.
You will be an excellent communicator, be sales oriented and be used to working in an organised manner with an excellent knowledge of either retail/tour operations or business travel.
An excellent salary is offered with a fantastic monthly financial incentive scheme as well as a yearly bonus plus many other benefits. Realistic 1st year OTE earnings of £32K
