Job Description: Selling Long Haul Worldwide holidays via the telephone and email to direct customers and agents. All of the enquiries will be for Worldwide destinations and many of the enquiries / Bookings will be for tailor made, multi - centres and tours. Responsibilities include: -Booking flights, accommodation and tailor made itineraries to Worldwide destinations -Selling from inbound sales leads with some enquiries generated on email -Using your Travel industry experience and solid destination and product knowledge to assist your clients on the options available to them -Delivering exceptional levels of customer service, maintaining the excellent reputation of this travel company -Using GDS daily -Working to targets Experience Required: This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced team working for a specialist tour operator, requiring a suitably experienced individual. Experience be it personally or professionally of worldwide destinations ideally within a similar role is a strong advantage.
