THE JOB:
An award winning lifestyle brand is looking for passionate, motivated and resourceful individuals to join their crew with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping VIP clients.
You could be sourcing tickets for concerts, theatre, film premieres and sporting events within the UK and Worldwide. Using knowledge, contacts and expertise to ensure members attend the events to which they require access.
Creating personalised solutions to each member request.
Using your knowledge of restaurants and passion for food for members.
You will use your expertise to help members make the best bookings to suit their needs.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Travel industry and customer service working background.
Previously handled reservations and client recommendation for VIP's.
Fast thinking, meticulous with detail and excellent customer service skills.
Fluent speaking in French and Arabic Language and be able to write also.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION:
Working a 40 hour week on 8 hour shifts.
You will need to be able to start by 7 or 8 am and latest finish is 9 or 10pm.
(Working one late per week and one weekend day at least twice a month)
THE PACKAGE:
Salary Range according to experience is £20,000 to £30,000 per annum plus an annual bonus of up to £3600 and other industry leading benefits.
