We are an Inbound and Tour Operating Specialist offering a comprehensive product range for travel to tour operators, travel agencies and direct customers.
We are currently looking for experienced Travel Specialist for our Tour Operating Department.

Main tasks:
 Handling tailor made enquiries, reservations and bookings from private clients and travel trade
 Arrange ground operations and deal with local suppliers
 Issuing & sending out travel documents
 Dealing with general enquiries about Switzerland

Requirements / skills:
 Previous experience in travel industry an advantage
 Excellent customer service skills
 Excellent English language skills
 Knowledge of destination Switzerland an advantage
 Experience in a similar role
