ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED PRODUCT AND CONTRACTS TRAVEL EXECUTIVE? Are you interested in working for a very successful Tour Operator and learning so much more about the Travel industry? If so this is the role you should be applying for!!
This successful tour operator based in South Leicestershire and they are seeking a Product & Contracts Executive to negotiate rates with their suppliers and help develop new products and destinations.

KEY ELEMENTS
- Contracting for UK and European supplies
- Maintaining SD product sections
- Occasional ad hoc assistance to Ops
- Feed new ideas to Marketing
- Advise Ops/Marketing of top deals
- Developing modules and quoting tools

KEY DUTIES
- Negotiating and contracting
- Sourcing new tour content and USPs
- Loading rates and contract information into internal systems
- Managing supplier relationships
- Product development
- Competitor monitoring & market research
- Supporting the Operations team
- Working on long and short term projects simultaneously
- UK and European Product knowledge
- Occasional Supplier visits and site inspection
- In times of high demand within the Operations team, you may be required to offer assistance in sourcing tour content for specific bookings at short notice.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Experience in product and contracting would be preferable
* Must have travel industry experience
* Strong negotiation skills and communication skills
* Ability to work in high pressured environment and meet deadlines
* To be able to work independently as well as part of a team
* To be organised and have a high attention to detail
