I am currently looking for an Operations Coordinator for this niche travel specialist tour operator who are based in The Cotswold's, you will play a major part in this established but growing team. I am looking for a very special person to become a key member of the Head Office Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic person who loves dealing with people and has an interest in the logistics of overseas travel. Building an excellent relationship with your allocated clients, you will deliver your clients' overseas expeditions, aiming to exceed their expectations year after year. THE JOB: * Planning and liaison of all aspects of your clients travel plans on behalf of suppliers in a timely, efficient and friendly manner * Ensuring that all travel plans are delivered in the most cost effective manner whilst using existing company processes * Delivery and pre-departure meetings and presentations for your clients where you will represent the company with your inspirational, friendly and confident personality * Answering office telephone queries in a friendly but efficient manner * Updating and producing reports from the company database as required * Updating your clients private web pages with individual trip documents and information * The role includes a large amount of administration which should be carried out in a timely, efficient and accurate manner * Becoming a member of our support team duty rota This role will also involve a large amount of account management, you will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with your clients. EXPERIENCE: * You will be enthusiastic and computer literate; be accurate and pay attention to detail; be reliable and take responsibility; be able to adapt to varied duties * Have a current UK driving licence (The team have shared use of company pool cars and you will require a current clean full driving licence ) THE PACKAGE: The successful candidate can expect a salary in the region of £18000 - £20000, you will be entitled to some great company benefits and also you can expect to be taking overseas trips which are all expenses paid!
