am excited to be recruiting for a specialist tour operator who are based in North Surrey, they are currently looking for a Customer Relations Executive join their team. As the Customer Relations Executive you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service for post travel service to customers, responding to written correspondence and telephone calls as required. This role is paying a really excellent salary which is on the region of £19000 - £21000 and my client is ideally looking for someone to start as soon as possible!


THE JOB;
Deliver post -departure service by answering questions & queries from customers post-departure
*Handle and resolve any customer disputes and difficulties that may arise by telephone and in writing
*Ensure that all correspondence is dealt with properly and within the timeframes described in the ABTA code and the Company's own policy
*Assist with the reclamation of compensation from suppliers
*Handle incoming post sales calls
*Deal with lost property
*File and archive correspondence
*Investigate and respond to customer feedback via letter and/or email
*Assist with scanning, logging and recording correspondence on to the systems database
*Refund excursions
*Refund luggage claims
*Send proactive letters
*Low cost seat buying as required
*Any other reasonable tasks that need to be done in order to ensure the smooth running of the company

THE CANDIDATE:
*Experienced working in the travel industry
*Possess a genuine desire to help and to deliver the very best service at all times
*Excellent business letter-writing skills
*Excellent written and verbal English
*Good business awareness, focusing on equitable solutions for customer and company alike
*Excellent interpersonal skills - articulate, courteous and professional and able to anticipate the needs of customers
*High level of (travel) product knowledge
