Have you got passion for overseas rail travel? Do you want to work for a fantastic specialist luxury tour operator selling high value tailor-made rail holidays to a wide range of European destinations for targeted markets? I am looking for a Rail Travel Consultant for an office based role near Exeter. If you have excellent knowledge of Europe and have experience of selling/booking rail holidays this would be a fantastic opportunity to join this expanding company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Selling rail travel mainly European destinations

- Taking enquires over the phone and via e-mail from clients

- Dealing with a wide variety of travel needs for clients

- Offering excellent customer service and building a rapport with clients

- Ability to understand timetables and logistics

- Seeing the booking through from start to finish

- Competitive and eagerness to hit targets provided

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Ideally you will have 2 years previous experience in selling luxury Rail Holidays in Europe and excellent customer service skills.

THE PACKAGE:

This is a fantastic opportunity paying circa £25k - £30k pa dependent on experience, plus a targeted bonus scheme. Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm with occasional Saturday's.
