JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Working face-to-face and over the phone taking enquires from customers using the Viewdata system.
- Working in a small friendly team of travel consultants
- Quoting holidays for a wide variety of destinations
- Converting enquiries to bookings to reach targets and earn commission
- Assisting the Branch Manager in coaching and training sales staff
- Dealing with dynamic packaging/tailor-made itineraries as well as package holidays, to get the right holiday for your customer
- Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having an in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.
