A unique opportunity for a travel industry professional to put their training and development skills to good use. As a Training Specialist you will be responsible for planning, organising and delivering training programmes.

Duties will include creating training courses, client-specific lesson plans, documentation, online training content and delivering face-to-face and online training sessions clients in the UK and abroad.

THE ROLE
*Delivering face-to-face and online software training
*planning, organising and delivering training programmes
*Creating training videos and other online training materials
*Creating and updating training documentation
*Working with the training team and other relevant stakeholders to develop training programmes for new and existing software products
*Identifying internal / external training needs through analysis and regular consultation with the Training Manager
*Participating in company-wide testing of new software releases
*Assisting other departments with functional queries as required
*Assisting with software demonstrations at trade shows, etc., as required

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*At least three years' experience training and developing staff within the travel industry
*Experience in creating online training content such as videos, articles, etc.
*Strong computer and MS Office skills
*Self-motivated and capable of working successfully under minimal supervision
*Able to thrive in a small, fast moving, fluid, and demanding organisation
*Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills
*Ability to travel within the UK and abroad
*Technical training will be provided on the company's software products
