An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trade Product & Operations Assistant to join a successful travel company based in Essex. As a Trade Product & Operations Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring Trade Partners are kept up to date with key and relevant product, pricing and inventory information by managing and maintaining the extranet. You will be working along aside the Product, Trade Sales and Operations teams providing research and administrative support, maintaining trade partnerships, and assisting with loading products. If you are an analytical thinker, highly literate with immense attention to detail this could be a great opportunity for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*To ensure all existing Trade Partner Extranets are kept up to date with all key and relevant product, pricing and inventory
*To maintain and develop the relationships with Trade Partners
*Review and process all product and contracts for new Trade Extranet Partners
*Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and profits
*Produce weekly reports for all Partners
*Support the Trade Sales Team with any ad hoc information required around contract information, rates, and general product information
*Help solve IT issues with Extranet partners and suggest developments to improve Extranet performance
*Manage and process accommodation Stop Sales
REQUIRED SKILLS:
*Previous experience within a product role within the Travel industry would be an advantage
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
*Analytical thinker
*Good IT skills, with a focus on excel ability
*Fluent written and spoken English essential
THE PACAKGE:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
HOURS:
Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm
