THE ROLE *Responding to enquiries created online and through our own database or customers *Arranging all aspects of business and luxury travel itineraries, including: flights, transfers, accommodation, excursions etc. *Working with a wide variety of business travellers and luxury holidaymakers *Arranging all aspects of the client's travel *Handling all enquiries with exceptional customer service and in a professional manner *Offering expert advice i.e. best value/most effective carriers, accommodation EXPERIENCE REQUIRED *Previous tailor made travel experience gained from a travel agency / tour operator background *In-depth knowledge of a GDS strongly desired *Strong knowledge of long haul travel destinations and Worldwide geography *Excellent relationship building and customer service skills *Able to articulate well; good clear telephone voice *Professional approach at all times If you don't hold the above experience your application will not be considered THE PACKAGE Salary: Up to £21,000 plus commission OTE: £40,000 to £60,000 per annum (uncapped) Hours: 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday INTERESTED?
