A leading UK Tour Operator is looking for a talented SEO Executive to ensure that the company's organic performance is as high as possible. You will have experience in both the technical and non-technical sides of SEO. THE ROLE *You will 'own' the SEO strategy and ensure that the strategy is always up-to-date. *You will be responsible for maximising click through rates and reporting on the results. *You will be aware of what competitors are targeting, and bring the online channels the best quality traffic. *You will build campaigns and ensure that any changes are made to maximize performance. *You will also have an input into the way in which the onsite content is written and work closely with our PPC team. You'll be able to put your own stamp on your work, and have the responsibility of selecting the SEO priorities. You must have good knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console and the latest tools used for measuring performance, as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest developments. You will be a key member of our Digital team. *Keyword Analysis *Website Optimization and Site Analysis (title tags, meta descriptions, etc.) *Website Audits and Log Files Analysis *Link monitoring and Outreach Campaigns *Competitive Analysis *Identify and Implement new Revenue Driving Opportunities *Suggest and Implement Technical Improvements *Work with PPC team to Identify new/most Valuable Search Terms to Target *Identifying Conversion Rate Improvement Opportunities *Measure Performance EXPERIENCE REQUIRED *Spotting SEO issues and being able to give and work on technical recommendations *Site migration *Knowledge of mobile first index *Fluent written and spoken English is essential *Experience working in a similar role with hands on experience managing SEO campaigns (for at least 18 months) *Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console and other top SEO tools *Full understanding of link building and all elements associated with running a top performing SEO program *Strong Technical SEO skills *Experience with mobile first implementation *Be highly analytical and capable at sifting through data and clearly diagnose appropriate strategies *Good understanding of HTML, Java, CSS *Good understanding of content writing and PPC marketing *Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to spot any gaps in our SEO campaigns THE PACKAGE Salary on offer up to £28k DOE, working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
