The Job:
*In conjunction with the Head of Marketing, responsible for the development and implementation of consumer and trade marketing plans
*Development and co-ordination of end to end consumer and trade digital marketing projects working with in-house designer and the Digital Alliance for preparation of assets
*Manage the copy writing, briefing, production, proofing, and editing of all consumer/trade marketing communication and collateral. Strong focus on direct mail activity.
*End to end EDMs management; including content creation/regionalising, building and dispatch, and post campaign reporting
*Work with digital team to optimise customer website journey; act as the primary liaison in the UK for the roll out of any new content website updates
*Act as the primary liaison between the UK and head office for the roll out of any new campaigns and content
*Manage consumer budget and ensure ROI measures are in place
*Effectively manage email and postal databases; utilise data segmentation techniques to more effectively communicate with key database segments
*Ownership of the key consumer offline campaign activity; work with in-house designed on execution of all assets
*Pitch National Tourist Boards relevant to our destinations for access to co-op funds and marketing opportunities
*Identify, secure, and develop new partnerships/affiliates to grow the business
*Build and manage commercial partnerships, including account development plans and customer strategies to drive growth
Skills Required:
*Proven multi-channel marketing experience
*Relevant travel marketing industry experience (desirable)
*Experience working with a luxury travel brand (desirable)
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
*Proactive and solutions focused
*Ability to interpret management information into business intelligence
*Strong copywriting skills
*Analytical and KPI driven
*Confident negotiator
*Ability to build relationships, both internally and with key partners
*Strong attention to detail
*High degree of accuracy both with numeracy and literacy
*Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines

The Package:
*Salary of £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
