Are you an experienced Business Travel Consultant, looking to progress in your Business Travel career? Or an experience leisure Travel Consultant who is looking to get into Business Travel? Are you in West Yorkshire, looking for work out of the city centre with parking? Business Travel Consultant required for this highly respected company, within the Business Travel sector, located in West Yorkshire.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This hugely successful, independent Travel Management Company require a Business Travel consultant, to join this vibrant team. The successful candidate will prepare and plan customer enquiries by telephone, e-mail or occasionally in person, in line with company time scales.
Key responsibilities, within this role:
- Service client accounts, booking all of their needs, from hotels to complex itineraries.
- Book flights, car hire, hotels, etc, using your previous Business Travel experience & knowledge.
- Use your GDS knowledge, daily.
- Also service e-mail and telephone enquiries, ensuring quotations are serviced in a timely and competitive manner.
- Deliver options, to your clients, to offer flexibility and continued strong customer service.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Candidates will use their previous or current business travel experience and GDS knowledge, daily. GDS can be Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan as we can cross train.
You will be familiar with different airlines, fare types, ticketing, etc.
We are looking for a self-motivated person who is used to working in a team and able to deliver the highest standard of customer service. The right person for the job will have a friendly, professional personality and able to fit within a long established team.
THE PACKAGE:
A competitive starting salary is on offer, working for this strong, reputable company, with a bonus / benefits package including, parking and pension
Working hours are Monday - Friday.
