The objective of the Senior business Travel Consultant is to provide our clients with an efficient and friendly business travel service that meets their requirements and will be perceived and described as excellent

Key Areas of Activity:


To be able to process all types of reservations and enquiries, whilst identifying those of a specialist nature for referral.

Through awareness of each individual client's outlook to provide a service which, as a minimum, meets their expectation.

To be fully conversant with all travel related services offered by the client and maximise income opportunities for the Company.

To be cost effective in the workplace and maximise the usage and potential of all technology sources.

To ensure that client policy is adhered to at all times.

Always offer the most appropriate fares and routings with alternatives when applicable.

To ensure that our clients payment processes and administrative requirements are accurately adhered to and that the input of Management Information Statistics conforms to their specification.

May act as a Technology Co-ordinator for office hardware and software support and be single point of contact for best practice, processes and general technical queries.

To work as part of a team and to communicate effectively with others to ensure mutual benefit through co-operation.
