Calling all experienced FIT sales managers! This established and ambitious inbound DMC is seeking an experienced sales and business development manager to help grow their expanding FIT bookings division.
Reporting to the European Director, you will be responsible for managing sales and marketing performance for the FIT products and team.
Responsibilities:
⦁Develop business from existing and new clients
⦁Visit clients/prospects via sales calls, exhibitions and road shows
⦁Manage campaigns via email and social media
⦁Manage client database
⦁Liaise with products team for product development
⦁Liaise with sales staff/sales reps across the organisation
⦁Manage the sales pipeline for online and offline requests and bookings
⦁Measure performance of agents, teams and staff
⦁Increase turnover by 20% year on year with a maintained average gross margin
⦁Primary markets: Europe, Americas, Australia
⦁Secondary markets: ME, India, SE Asia (handled from Mumbai)
⦁Manage team of 3 in London and 6 in Mumbai
Candidate Specification:
⦁Track record from sales in DMC or similar type business (FIT and/or group)
⦁Markets: Europe, Americas, Australia
⦁Experience from management of small teams
⦁Self-motivated, Driven, Business acumen
