Travel Consultant required for this busy independent, retail travel company, located in North Wales.


JOB DESCRIPTION:
A suitably experienced candidate is required to join this busy travel team, selling all aspects of travel, delivering a dedicated, high standard of service. The working hours are Monday - Saturday, working 5 of these days. Saturdays are taken fairly, on a rota basis. Candidates living in Chester, Merseyside and Wrexham area's, live in good locations, for this role.

Responsibilities include:
- Selling all travel products, destinations and operators, face to face, via telephone or via email.
- Delivering the highest standard of customer service.
- Liaising with repeat, new and recommended clients, servicing their needs at the highest standards.
- Booking travel arrangements, packages, tailor-made and travel itineraries.
- Spending time to ensure the perfect travel arrangements are made for your client.
- Booking all products and destinations.
- Offering advice, using your previous travel industry experience and knowledge.
- Working well as a team player, and alone.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
This is an excellent position working for a North Wales based independent travel company, progressing well in your career. The successful candidate should be suitably experienced, possessing a high level of customer service and passion for travel. This is a lovely, friendly team so a personable, friendly approach, is required, along with the ability to be a good team player but be able to work well, off initiative.
