JOB DESCRIPTION
*Compiling quotes as per customers' requests, precisely and efficiently
*Answering the telephone and responding to emails, providing accurate information at all times
*Completing training and development to increase product knowledge and awareness
*Administration duties - Handling money for transactions & banking, booking tickets, confirmations etc
*Actively support other team members
*Work towards targets
*Brochure management - Sticker, fill shelves and re-order where necessary
*Updating window and Shop point of sale material on a daily basis
*General housekeeping and customer care
*Maintain and uphold the shop appearance - first impressions always count
*Any other adhoc duties as required
*Opportunities for Educationals and Training which may take place overseas
*Full and Part time applicants will be considered

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will ideally have worked within the travel industry, have European and worldwide destination knowledge and have experience of dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone. You should be sales focussed and flexible, with a genuine passion for travel.
