Are you an experienced Travel Agent, looking for something different?! Would you like to use your Travel Consultant skills in a varied role for a niche Tour Operator, based just outside of Manchester? Fantastic opportunity to deal with sales, operations and administration for this leading independent Tour Operator! Salary is dependent on experience but in the region of £16k pa - £18k pa dependent on experience and is primarily Mon-Fri 0900-1730! Truly excellent opportunity for a Travel Consultant!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Processing bookings for a niche resort specialising in sports and activity holidays
- Making air reservations and organising transfers
- Dealing with post-booking operations and administration
- Date changes, special requests, sending out vouchers, invoicing and ticketing
- Preparing final itinerary details for customers
- Collating Management Information to report events and holidays
- Attend sporting events in PR/Representation capacity where required, and may include travel overseas to events.
- Liaise with Accounts re: payments and reports
- Ensuring all records and files are kept up to date and accurate
- Take responsibility for special projects as directed
- Assist if required in other areas of the business should the need arise
- Monday - Friday office hours primarily with flexibility for occasional Saturdays

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
This is a great opportunity for someone working within Tour Operations or someone with a Travel Agency background, who is looking to do something different. If you have a passion for travel and sports! You will have positive attitude, great customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. You will need a positive attitude, and willingness to work as part of a team.

THE PACKAGE:
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of £16k - £18k dependent on experience.
