Do you have good knowledge of North Africa and The Middle East? Do you have a passion for selling tailor made holidays? This is a great opportunity to join and established travel company is East London.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role of Reservation Consultant will involve working in a busy reservation call centre. Duties will include:
- Taking enquiries
- Dealing with direct clients and agents
- Processing bookings
- Answering queries from customers and agents
- Delivering a high level of Customer Service
- Selling up
- Strong sales skills
- Booking Tailor Made Holidays
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate must have travel industry experience. Tailor Made experience would be an advantage. The successful candidate must have a clear and confident telephone manner and pay attention to detail. Good knowledge of North Africa and The Middle East would be an advantage.
