Looking to recruit a dynamic project manager with a proven track record of transforming business through challenging existing structures and introducing new ideas. This role is an opportunity for an individual who wants to take on large-scale technical software projects.
The Job:
*Managing and leading large-scale projects in the UK office, and, where necessary , implementing throughout the global business
*Participating in tasks throughout project lifecycle phases including project planning, discovery, development, testing, release and post-release.
*Identifying risks and issues, develop contingency plans and ensure that the project documentation is completed to a high standard and kept up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
*You will collaborate with internal business units, affiliates and users, facilitating workshops and document project and communication plans.
*Providing day-to-day support and troubleshooting of issues
*Provide on-going communication of status and risks to management teams internally as needed and garner support for changes in scope, schedule, or budget.
*Facilitate project meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution, feedback, and fostering open communication within the team on project planning and execution.
Skills Required:
*High degree of competency with project management and methodology including: scoping, issue & risk identification, general management, tracking dependencies, user acceptance testing, and communication of overall project status.
*A minimum of 5 years' project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong commercial awareness and keen interest in travel
*Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
*Strict attention to detail
*Ability to multitask whilst working to tight deadlines
*A positive can-do-attitude, willing to go the extra mile
The Package:
*Competitive salary £30,000 - £40,000, pension scheme, your birthday off, company bonus scheme, subsidised gym membership.
