An amazing opportunity has arisen with a successful, growing tour operator who are based in Swindon. The Product Support Manager will provide critical support to both the Trading and Product departments to deliver the business goals. You will be responsible for operating between both departments to problem solve and identify risk and opportunity to improve business performance, you will also be responsible for managing the administration of Product and Trading effectively, ensuring that products are loaded, updated and monitored accurately and regularly.


THE JOB:
*Monitor, increase and release land, air or sea elements of the product through their capacities tracking the run rates vs rate of sale
*Activate the build of any additional packages or new versions of products when needed
*Fix product related issues from around the business (e.g. Sales)
*Review broken/under-performing products and hand back to the Product Manager if the issues cannot be resolved,
*Identify and present any opportunities or risks and provide solutions and recommendations
*Support the Product Manager with product builds as and when required or with any new opportunities when they arise
*Responsible for managing the Product & Trading Administrators work load and overall delivery of their role
*Support the Commercial Manager with any trading related risks or opportunities that will support the delivery of the plans


EXPERIENCE:
*Good communication and organisational skills
*Commercially astute, numerate and comfortable with analytics, pricing, negotiating, ROI and yield management
*Comfortable working as part of a dynamic team and able to show individual initiative
*Experience of managing a small team - with a focus on leadership, KPI's and development
*Comfortable working with other teams - Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Finance - and able to agree timescales and delivery through influencing skills
*Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and able to deliver under pressure
*Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

THE PACKAGE:
The salary on offer for this role is in the region of £35000 - £36000 dependent on experience and you can expect great company benefits like a company bonus, pension and medical benefits!
