Product Executive

The Product Bookings department is responsible for securing hotel space for the leisure group market and ensuring that the product offered is within the standards and quality required for each market and client. This is a supplier (hotel) facing role and requires close cooperation with the Quotations Team and the Sales Team. It is a busy, multiple priorities environment where a strong teamwork mindset and a positive attitude is essential for success.

Role and Responsibilities:

⦁Acquiring a competitive price for our client, within a short turnaround time
⦁Negotiating hotel rates and terms & conditions
⦁Achieving an expected margin for the company
⦁Developing relationships with hotels: exchanging feedback, providing updates, identifying ways of presenting group booking requests to each individual supplier to optimise outcome
⦁Maximising usage of pre-booked space
⦁Liaising with internal clients (Sales, Quotations, Business Development)
⦁Storing and presenting product knowledge

Your profile:

⦁Accurate working style, with strong attention to detail
⦁Good knowledge of our destinations Great Britain and Ireland
⦁Strong communication skills, including an excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English
⦁Previous experience in group or coach travel is an advantage
⦁Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
