This is a fantastic opportunity for a Product Assistant to join an expanding team in the City of London. My client are a tour operator that specialise in luxury tailor-made trips worldwide. As a Product Executive you will be responsible for providing administrative and commercial support to the Product Manager, managing and maintaining the internal database with up to date product, pricing and inventory information. If you are an analytical thinker, highly literate with immense attention to detail this could be a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage and maintain all incoming and internal product information (contracts, special offers, supplier information, outlook contacts, financial documents) in an accurate and timely manner.
*Proofing supplier information, agreeing special offers, signing credit forms and agreements as required.
*Responsible for online and offline marketing activities
*Working alongside the digital marketing team to ensure that the websites up to date
*Loading product information and images into the in-house database so accurate quotes are produced by the sales teams
*Audit and monitor supplier contracts and alert Product Managers of any rate changes.
*Process special offers & contract amendments.
*Ensure finance, stop sales, commercial offers, supplier details and health and safety information is up to date.
*Review web content and work with digital marketing team to ensure the content it is up to date and relevant.
*Complete online training programmes to enhance product knowledge.
*Develop relationships with suppliers through all contact points.


Skills Required:

*Previous experience in a Product Role within the Travel industry would be preferable
*Proven track record negotiating supplier contracts and special offers
*Experience of travel reservations systems and databases
*Excellent organisational skills
*Can work under pressure and able to multi-task
*Fluent written and spoken English essential
*Target oriented, with self-motivation and determination to succeed

The Package:

*The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary depending on experience

Hours:

Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm
