The Role:
*Respond to client enquires & create inspiring travel itineraries' in a friendly and professional manner
*To contribute to company sales targets by exceeding personal minimum expected sales figures
*Explore opportunities to "add value" to every holiday sale
*Offer advice to clients on travel requirements, e.g. passports, visas, vaccinations, etc
*Ensure client enquiries are acknowledged and followed up within our Service Level Agreement time frame
*Make clients aware of the tour operators and / or Go Travel's terms & conditions
*Handle all customer complaints or refunds quickly & effectively keeping your manager updated at all times
*Taking part in familiarisation trips to new destinations to gather information and help you sell the destination / product
Skills & Knowledge
*Experience & Knowledge of the Travel Industry.
*An excellent team player.
*Effective questioning & listening
*The ability to work under pressure.
*Passion for sales.
*Flexibility, which may include covering at other branches.
*Able to work independently.
*Good time management.
*Naturally enthusiastic.
The Package:
Salary starts at £16,000 - £16,500 (pro rata) + very attractive incentives and bonus schemes.
Working Mon - Fri including Saturdays on a rota basis
