RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all aspects of post sales booking support, with a particular focus on post sales bookings.
• Liaising with suppliers to process hotels, bikes and transfers bookings.
• Dealing with post sales amendments and booking changes.
• Resolving frontline issues, taking payments, and ensuring all elements of a booking are fully confirmed.
• Working in a fast paced and challenging environment offering a fantastic level of service encouraging customer loyalty and ensuring the brand values are always represented.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• A keen interest in cycling, activities and the outdoors
• Previous travel experience is preferable but not essential
• Previous experience working in a phone-based customer Service environment within a contact centre.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to problem solve
• Proactive approach.
• Excellent team player.
• Calm and approachable even when under pressure.

• Starting salary of £24,000 - £30,000
• Monday - Friday
• Hybrid working - 4 days in the office and Fridays from home
• 22 days holiday pa, increasing to 25 upon completion of a 3-month probation
