My client, a tailor-made tour operator based in Essex needs an Sales Support / Aftersales Executive with strong travel administration experience and a keen eye for detail to join their team, due to growth of the business. Job Responsibilities:

* Managing requests for amendments and add ons to existing bookings
* Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and production of final travel documents, final itineraries, Travel vouchers, E-tickets and destination information
* Ensure bookings for all services are in place and correct
* Check and issue booking confirmation documentation
* Providing administrative support to the sales team
* Be proactive, with the foresight to think ahead for our clients anticipating their needs
* Be acutely aware of the need to pay extra attention to the finer details of a booking
* Consistently support in the delivery of revenue and profit targets
* Deliver exceptional customer care through genuine relationship management and your desire to exceed clients' needs

Skills Required:

* Travel industry experience
* Administration background
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Organised and methodical
* Good knowledge of CRS/GDS
* Able to work as part of a small team
* Ability to organise and prioritise work
* Work within strict time-lines and meet deadlines
* Willingness to support other team members
* Happy to get involved in a wide range of tasks

Hours of work:

·40 hours per week,
·Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm


Salary:

The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of £20,000 - £24,000 per annum (DOE).This is an opportunity for personal and professional development.
