My client are a leading tour operator in Surrey who are looking for a Multi Skilled Cruise Travel Consultant to join a successful and friendly team which will offer a great basic salary plus incentives, full training and a great company benefits package.

CRUISE TRAVEL CONSULTANT JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Convert Sales enquiry calls into bookings using the in-house reservation system
* Speaking to direct customer and travel agents concerning new and existing cruise holidays
* Handle any air enquiry using CRS Amadeus and the in-house system
* Make travel amendments and payments
* Work towards personal and team KPI's targets

CRUISE TRAVEL CONSULTANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Must have strong travel industry or call centre experience
* Must be a strong and clear communicator with an excellent telephone manner
* Attention to detail and organisational skills
* Flexible to work a range of shift patterns and weekends
* Ability to work well as part of a Team, dedicated and flexible
* A proactive and tenacious self-starter, with the confidence to manage own tasks
* Strong relationship building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
* Enthusiastic and a passion for travel
* Hard working, driven individual

SALARY PACKAGE:
You can expect a great basic salary in the region of £18,000 - £20000 plus incentives and company benefits. Working on a shift pattern which includes weekends, early, mid and late shifts so a degree of flexibility is required for this role.
