An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Travel Consultant, to join a reputable independent Tour Operator based in North London who specialising in the Med and Beyond.

As a Travel Consultant you will be taking calls from the public and travel agents, selling holidays to beautiful parts of the world.

DUTIES:

• You will be responsible for building package holidays from quote to booking stage (including flights, accommodation, transfers) including bespoke island-hopping itineraries.
• Managing inbound calls, emails and chasing quotes.
• Servicing both direct customers and travel agents.
• Ensuring the correct business rules are applied according to the type of booking.
• Liaise with external suppliers for additional inventory / special requests.
• Providing exceptional customer service when answering telephone calls and email enquiries, with a confident and professional manner.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience working within the travel industry.

• Knowledge of overseas geographical regions.

THE PACKAGE:

• A competitive starting salary of £21,000 + uncapped commission
• Working shifts between Monday - Sunday: 9:00 - 20:00
