My client a leader in the luxury cruise industry, who are dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences and exceptional service to their guests. Are looking for a Marketing Executive who is passionate about travel and excels in creating innovative marketing strategies.

The role in a nutshell:

As a Marketing Executive, you will be a key player in our dynamic marketing team, responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns that promote our cruise packages and enhance guest engagement. You will work closely with sales teams, digital marketers, and external agencies to drive brand awareness and contribute to our company's growth.

Key duties:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with our business objectives and sales targets.
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  • Conduct market research to identify effective promotional methods and negotiate media contracts.
  • Analyse customer feedback and market trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and adhere to budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies.
  • Create compelling marketing materials for both print and digital media.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the brand consistency and message alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Develop strong relationships with key team members within the business - digital, design, commercial, product and call centre
  • To write clear and concise briefs for activity and collateral
  • Communicate marketing campaigns to internal departments and act as marketing point of reference
  • Work with internal teams across the business to provide vital training
  • Assist the company Copywriter during busy times with writing copy and proof reading
  • Assist in supporting the PR function, event organisation, press trips and attendance of events

Key Skills:

  • At least 3 years solid direct marketing experience
  • Travel industry experience preferable
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
  • Ability to respond to decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs
  • High attention to detail and the ability to produce work of a consistent high quality
  • Must be use to overseeing multiple campaigns - highly organised, focused and process driven
  • Commercially focused - numbers
  • Good communication/relationship skills
