Job Responsibilities:

*Assisting the Travel Designers with client requests and administrating post-sales enquires.
*Providing professional and knowledgeable information on services such as additional tours, restaurant reservations/recommendations and any additional special travel requests that clients may have.
*Updating client documentation for upcoming trips and preparing all the necessary documents for the Travel Designers.
*Chasing details such as passport information, flight details, contact details, travel pack photo, record data in bespoke booking system and sharing this information with DMC's.
*Checking flight changes for impacts on itineraries and seeking solutions.
*Sharing responsibility to man the emergency phone to help the clients in case of any issues when traveling.
*Chase for and take a second or balance payments.
*Sourcing exciting new events and taking care of all the little details that make the trip special.

Skills Required:

*3+ years' experience within the travel
*Excellent numeracy and writing skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and time management skills
*Fantastic English language skills, both written and by phone
*Able to work flexible hours
*Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and willingness to roll sleeves up and support colleagues

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 10.00 am to 6pm

Salary:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive basic salary of £25k - £28k DOE, an opportunity for personal and professional development, plus other fantastic company benefits.
