This is a fantastic opportunity for a Travel Administrator to join a tour operator in Essex. This role would ideally suit someone looking to start or restart a career in the travel industry with good attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
*Entering passenger information onto the in-house booking system.
*Printing, collating and posting travel documents to passengers, such as final itineraries, travel vouchers, E-tickets and destination information
*Providing administrative support to the sales team
*Monitor and respond to emails from customers
Skills Required:
* Travel industry experience would be preferred but is not essential
*Previous experience working within an administration based role
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*A good standard of written and spoken English.
*Good communication skills and a friendly personality
*Previous experience working within an administration based role
Hours of work:
Week One: Monday to Thursday 0900hrs to 1730hrs, Saturday 0900hrs to 1700hrs.
Week Two: Monday to Thursday 1200hrs to 2000hrs, Friday 1000hrs to 1800hrs.
Salary:
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of £16k - £18k, an opportunity for personal and professional development, plus other fantastic company benefits
