THE ROLE
*Dealing with sales enquiries from both travel agents and direct consumers via email and phone
*Putting together quotations and itineraries
*Meeting sales targets
*Develop excellent customer service skills
*Ensuring clients' expectations are exceeded
*Work as an effective team member

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*Strong destination knowledge of Japan including extensive personal travel
*A passion for the travel industry
*Excellent verbal communication skills
*The desire and initiative to achieve and surpass targets
*Willingness to listen and want to learn about new products
*Enjoy working in a small team environment
*Excellent customer service skills

THE PACKAGE
*22k Basis + commission and bonus
*Uncapped monthly commission
*Full training is provided
*This position is permanent, working between the hours of 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
