Looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a large Travel company located in Central London, the ideal candidate would specialise in Childcare Recruitment. The Childcare Recruitment Consultant is responsible for the recruitment of Childcare roles within the company. They will be the "go to" person within the department for Childcare recruitment.
Recruitment
*To screen and respond to applications within a required time frame.
*To interview applicants following the guidelines of the department SOP.
*To respond to applicants after they have attended an interview within required time frame.
*To recruit high calibre, like minded and qualified staff.
*To enter all required data into the HR data base for successful applicants correctly.
*To ensure that resorts are fully recruited before the start of the season.
*To obtain all required employment documents (contract, qualifications, reference, proof of UK address, NI, passport, DBS) and verify employee's file before the employee travels to resort.
*To provide employees with contract pack and required documents before the candidates go to resort.
*To liaise with the Hotel Manager about staff levels and staff requirements.
*To maintain regular correspondence with employees before they travel to resort.
*To ensure any staff movement is updated on the HR data base and on the recruitment board.
*To visit resorts and speak to current staff in order to recruit for forthcoming seasons
*To report any issues or concerns about a current employee to the HR Recruitment Manager, Childcare Operations Manager and the relevant Hotel Manager.
*To read, acknowledge and save staff appraisals and discuss concerns with the HR & Recruitment Manager/Assistant HR Manager.
*Reviewing levels on a weekly basis and reporting childcare levels to key stakeholders.
*To establish new links with colleges and universities.
*To put forward new ideas for attracting staff and retaining staff.
Requirements
*Previous experience in a recruitment role
*Previous experience working in a childcare setting highly desirable
*UK/EU Passport holder
*UK National Insurance Number
*UK bank account
