Want to avoid a lengthy commute into work?

A great new opportunity has arisen to join an established business travel company as a Senior Business Travel Consultant for their OUT OF HOUR'S team! You will be required to work evenings, overnight, during the weekend and public holidays fulfilling last minute/urgent travel bookings on behalf of the company's Corporate mixed accounts so attention to detail and meticulous standards are key. My client is paying a fantastic salary of £27,000 - £30,000 and you will be based from home which will cut out your daily commute and travel cost.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Dealing with enquiries received outside of office hours including complex itineraries received by phone or email from start to finish including flights, accommodation, car hire, rail and ancillaries.
*Provide quotes, book, issue tickets and reissue tickets for all fares worldwide (including published fares, nett fares, CAT35 fare, route deals), as well as refunds using Amadeus GDS.
*Provide assistance with Fares, Ticketing, Re-issues, Hotel bill backs and other requirements as requested.
*Manage queues and issue tickets prior to deadline, as well as handle schedule changes from airlines and amend itineraries according to clients' changes.
*Providing solutions and advice to clients in an efficient and professional manner delivering a premium quality, ruthlessly efficient service experience that is both consistent and reliable and aligned to the attributes of the Company brand.
*Proactively maintain and develop relationships with clients - making them a client forever.
*Identify and recommend processes, procedures and solutions to streamline and improve efficiency and profitability and detect missed profit opportunities.
*Complete ISO write off and error forms within £50.00 in accordance to our ISO compliance procedures.
*Stay up to date with the latest travel technology and recommend solutions to streamline and improve efficiency and the overall client experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

*Proficiency on Amadeus
*Fares & Ticketing Level 1 & 2 (or equivalent experience) essential
* Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word and Excel
*Possess good geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines
*Good organizational skills and excellent customer service & communicative abilities are essential
*Flexible approach and desire to think 'outside of the box' to provide innovative travel solutions in times of increased stress for our clients.
