Following continued success and expansion across both the local and international travel market, we are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Sales and Service Agent to join this leading tour operator based in the Cheshire area.
Working on the European Reservations Department, we are ideally looking for candidates with strong German language skills to work on this dedicated team. As a world leading industry name, you can expect to be dealing with a range of customer bookings and must be a confident communicator with the ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will have ideally worked within the industry before, perhaps working at the airports, whilst German language skills will be advantageous. You should have a natural ability with customers in keeping with this brand's renowned reputation for delivering the highest levels of customer service. Candidates will have ideally worked in a customer service based environment and have an up to date knowledge of the travel industry.
