This is an exciting role for an experienced Events Consultant to join the Events team within a leading, reputable business travel company based in Northamptonshire.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Working on the Events Team, within a larger office your main duties will be:
* Dealing with business travel clients' booking events, meetings and conference requirements across the UK
* Offering a variety of hotel and venues, explaining their rates and regulations
* Building a rapport with clients and ensuring excellent customer service
* Confirming the reservations as required and ensuring the booking process goes smoothly
* Using in house travel systems and the internet to confirm reservations

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidates will ideally have a background within a M.I.C.E environment and have experience dealing within a variety of corporate events an clientele. With excellent people and customer service skills, the ideal candidate will have fantastic attention to detail at all times.
