This established travel industry organisation is seeking a direct and digital marketing executive to join its busy marketing department. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic company at a very exciting time. You, as Marketing Executive, would report to the Head of Marketing and work alongside four other really friendly Marketing professionals. The whole team works really closely together and is also tightly connected with the whole business. This will give you the great opportunity to both bounce ideas off and learn from each other. As a key member of the Marketing Team, you will have responsibility for planning, implementing and delivering a range of marketing campaigns on behalf of partners, and support them in retaining their existing customers and acquiring new customers. Activity includes POS, direct mail, door drops, email marketing, creating website landing pages and social media. Responsibilities: *Manage the campaign process with our: *Write Campaign Briefs to deliver all elements of the campaign *Liaise with business partners to obtain content to deliver on their marketing activities *Proactively work with Marketing Campaign & PR Manager to plan and secure which business partners will feature in which campaigns *Manage the relationship with business partners to obtain and agree offer content, sign off offers with the Commercial Team and produce visuals for checking through to sign off of final artwork/html by business partners *Manage the production process with relevant suppliers including Production Brief writing and compilation of look up tables and checking of live proofs for sign off *Work with Members to plan and implement the distribution of door drop and DM campaigns *Manage the monthly data update of member customer booking data with the database agency, including running key reports each month to check the update has been successful and proactively resolving any issues by working with the agency *Maintain the agent contact details we hold on file to compile a data Masterfile and Seedlist in accordance with defined DM process *Brief Members, Business Partners and Staff on all campaigns *Continually review campaign results via the database results dashboard to evolve campaigns and campaign content *Produce and circulate Member Results Reports annually to retain Members within the Direct Marketing Programme *Assist in the management of the Direct Marketing and Database Marketing budgets to include annual budget planning and monitoring budget vs. actual spend, produce campaign costing spreadsheets for each campaign including raising purchase orders and monitoring the payment of invoices Person Specification/Required Experience: *Experience of working within a multi-disciplined marketing team *Experience of the leisure and B2B/corporate travel industry *Prioritising workloads to manage and deliver on several campaigns or objectives at any one time *Print, email and social media campaign management plus an aptitude to work with data *Account management and delivering collateral to a large number of internal and external customers *Building relationships with business partners/suppliers by phone/email/face to face *Using an ESP to deliver email campaigns (we use Dotmailer) *Using website content management systems *Using InDesign and/or Photoshop *Managing the production of printed collateral *Keeping up to date with all the industry challenges *Comfortably liaising with business members and address their needs *…and happy with doing your own support work and administration The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running but can also expect a VERY competitive salary according to experience.
